The owner, Greg Freebold, is a certified operator in General Pest and Rodent Control, Lawn and Ornamental, Fumigation, and Termite and other Wood Destroying Organism Control. He is a member of both the Florida Pest Management Association (FPMA) and the American Entomological Society and has served as the regional director for the FPMA Region 2. All of the technicians at Safe Home Pest Control are trained in the best industry practices and attend regular trainings and seminars in order to stay on the cutting edge of pest management technology and practices.

The Florida Pest Management Association is a state-wide organization with its main office located in Orlando, Florida. The Association was founded in 1945 in Gainesville, Florida as a non-profit trade association 501(c)6. For over 50 years it has represented the industry and protected Floridians.
The Entomological Society of America (ESA) is the largest organization in the world serving the professional and scientific needs of entomologists and individuals in related disciplines. Founded in 1889, ESA has nearly 7,000 members affiliated with educational institutions, health agencies, private industry, and government. Members are researchers, teachers, extension service personnel, administrators, marketing representatives, research technicians, consultants, students, pest management professionals and hobbyists.
